FLARED PANTS HIGH WAIST
Shridevi, or Dewi Sri, is a goddess of rice. Since rice is the staple food of Indonesians, Shridevi is known to have control over wealth and prosperity. She is commonly worshipped on the islands of Bali and Java. The patterns on these flared pants are inspired from the shape of rice panicles which symbolises this goddess. They are made using an ancient hand painting technique called, tie-dye, which has been around since the 8th century and still continues to evolve today.
