´Banyan´ trees are ancient trees that can be found across Asia and Pacific regions. These trees have very unique characteristics like the thick and majestic roots wrapped around the trunk and hanging down from the wide branches. On the island of Bali, in Indonesia, they can be found in almost every temple and areworshipped because they are believed to be sacred.
Fabric: 50% Cotton, 50% Micromodal, 10% Spandex
This is an eco-friendly, easy-care, soft, lightweight and durable fabric. Lenzing Micromodal® fibres are extracted from the cellulose of beech trees which are imported from Austria and knitted in Indonesia. The mixture of cotton makes the colours more vibrant and long lasting. All dyes are supplied by DyStar® which is certified by the Oeko-Tex Standard 100®. All fabrics have been pre-washed prior to production to prevent shrinkage and discolouring during home laundering.
