• Express Mail Service (EMS) which takes 7-10 working days.
  • Pos Indonesia (Registered) which takes 14-25 working days (this option is currently unavailable due to the COVID-19 pandemic).



  • We ship to almost all 195 countries in the world. As long as there is a post office in the area, shipping is possible.
  • If for some reason you’re not able to get a shipping quote, please contact us and we’ll get that fixed for you.
  • On the online shop's system we set the maximum package weight to 5kg, if you'd like to order more than 5kg please contact us.



  • We provide free shipping within Indonesia.
  • Customers in all other countries will be charged an additional cost for shipping, and those costs will vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.



  • We’ll send you the tracking number to your email address or phone number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
  • When you already have the number, the tracking can be done via the Pos Indonesia EMS website:



  • Customer satisfaction is very important for us therefore items that have been bought can be exchanged with a different product and size, but cannot be refunded.
  • If the customer would like to exchange an item with a product that has a lower value, we cannot refund the difference.
  • The customer cannot exchange items that have been worn multiple times.
  • The customer cannot exchange items that have been washed (there is a visible difference between brand new items and those that have been washed once).
  • This exchange is only possible within 30 days after the date we received the payment and it is strictly for items bought directly from Burning Ocean.
  • This exchange is only possible once for every item purchased.
  • The customer must contact us and wait for our confirmation before to returning the items.
  • The customer must pay for the shipping to our head office address (which can be found by clicking here) or to another warehouse if agreed upon by us.
  • Upon receiving the items, we must check to condition to make sure that they are still 100% and haven't been worn or washed.
  • The costs for shipping the exchanged items back to the customer will be divided evenly between the customer and Burning Ocean (50/50).
