NATURA ARTISTICA COLLECTION

Finally launching online. This was the the most challenging, time-consuming, and fulfilling collection so far. For the first time, we have buttoned shirts - short and long sleeve, we have trousers - short chinos and long jeans, we have dresses for all four seasons, upcycled bags and much more. Every design was created individually, one art work for one style in one colour and each with its own unique story and message.

'ARTISTIC NATURE' is created in homage to nature, because everything that we are today comes from it. I want to exhibit its importance in correlation with art, human life, history, behavior, and philosophy. I want more people to realise that nature does not need us, but we need nature. And without understanding and honoring our roots, we cannot grow.

 

9th ANNIVERSARY - FIGHTING POVERTY

For our 9th Anniversary we are working together with a non-profit organisation in North Bali, Yayasan Jalan Suci Holiway - www.foerdervereinbali.de. We are donating 10% for every item you buy between now and January 16th 2023 and we are also going to spend a day with the children that they support to do education through art.

The organisation fights poverty in North Bali through educational programmes, medical support, constructing hygiene facilities, self-employment, and disaster relief. Jalan Suci Holiway is currently supporting about 150 children to improve their skills, knowledge, and living standards. They teach English, mathematics, computer and emphasise on nature and environmental education. For example: the children pay for each lesson with a bag full of collected plastic waste for recycling.

On the last day we donated upcycled bags, hand-painted notebooks, and souvenirs.

Some updates on our postponed 7th anniversary celebration which was supposed to be in February 2021. Thanks to you, we’re able to help educate at least 71 children in Indonesia about plastic pollution. I was still stuck in Europe in February and finally could return to Bali in late March. We had several obstacles to overcome upon our return so that we could start preparing and organising the event several weeks ago. It was a slow process and now with lockdowns throughout Indonesia, we’re forced to postpone the event to August, hopefully.
